Chedraui: communication and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience

Chedraui trusts OM Retail with the renewal of its in-store visual communication and the rollout of visual merchandising systems. With the goal of improving in-store customer communication, minimising product shrinkage and offering more information about its range, the Mexican retailer has trusted OM Retail to deploy solutions that improve the visibility and order of its stores.

Since the project began in 2018, Chedraui and OM Retail have worked hand in hand to develop a comprehensive communication and visual merchandising project across its Selecto-branded stores.

Solutions installed:

On one hand, the range of visual communication materials and solutions delivered includes: signage, price and promotion communication, pallet skirts, shelf stoppers, displays and POP, and primarily overhead communication. As a result, Chedraui Selecto is now an attractive, visual and tidy space for the shopping experience, as can be seen in the photos.
