COOKIE POLICY
INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES
In compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), it is mandatory to obtain the user’s express consent for all websites that use non-essential cookies, before they browse them.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by Web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
Through the use of these devices, the Web server is able to remember certain data about the user, such as their preferences for viewing the pages on that server, name and password, products that are of most interest, etc.
COOKIES SUBJECT TO REGULATION AND EXEMPT COOKIES
According to the EU directive, cookies requiring the user’s informed consent are analytics cookies and advertising and affiliate cookies, with technical cookies and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user being exempt.
TYPES OF COOKIES
BY PURPOSE
Technical and functional cookies: those that allow the user to browse through a website, platform or application and use the different options or services on it.
Analytics cookies: those that enable the data controller to monitor and analyse the behaviour of users on the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through these cookies is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms and to build user browsing profiles for these sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of usage data made by service users.
Advertising cookies: those that enable the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that the publisher may have included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is delivered, based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency with which ads are displayed.
Behavioural advertising cookies: collect information on the user’s preferences and personal choices (retargeting) to enable the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that the publisher may have included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is delivered.
Social cookies: are set by social media platforms on the services to allow you to share content with your friends and networks. Social media platforms have the ability to track your online activity outside of the Services. This may affect the content and messages you see on other services you visit.
Affiliate cookies: allow tracking of visits coming from other websites with which the website has an affiliate contract (affiliate companies).
Security cookies: store encrypted information to prevent the data stored in them from being vulnerable to malicious third-party attacks.
BY OWNERSHIP
First-party cookies: those sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
Third-party cookies: those sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
BY RETENTION PERIOD
Session cookies: a type of cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website.
Persistent cookies: a type of cookies in which the data continues to be stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie’s controller, which may range from a few minutes to several years.

BANNER FOR ANALYTICS COOKIES
Banner with information about the use of analytics cookies made by the publisher itself and by third parties.
COOKIES. We use first-party and third-party cookies to analyse our services based on a profile built from your browsing habits (e.g., pages visited). For more information, see the cookie policy. You can accept all cookies by clicking the “Accept” button, reject their use by clicking “Reject” and configure them by clicking “Configure”. [ACCEPT] [REJECT] [CONFIGURE]
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The “cookie policy” link will take you to the Cookie Policy.
Explicit consent is obtained by clicking the “Accept” button.
Until accepted, the user does not authorise the use of cookies, even if they continue browsing.
The banner must remain visible until the user accepts or rejects the installation of cookies.
The “Configure cookies” button must take the user directly to the configuration panel, without having to scroll through large amounts of text looking for the information, which must remain accessible at all times. The configuration panel must clearly indicate how to save the user’s selection. For this purpose, a button labelled “Save selection”, “Save settings” or similar text would be valid.
If the user saves their choice without having selected any cookie, this is equivalent to rejecting all cookies. Pre-ticked options in favour of accepting cookies are in no case acceptable for obtaining valid consent.
External Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) may also be used.
LEGITIMISING PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT
- Cookies must not be used or installed before the user takes the action required to obtain consent or rejection.
- Users must be able to withdraw previously given consent at any time.
- It must be as easy to withdraw consent as it was to give it.
