Eroski Zizur — New store with visual communication by OM Retail
Eroski
Eroski continues its expansion in Navarre with a new store in Zizur Mayor. For this opening, OM Retail is responsible for the visual communication to improve in-store navigation.
This new Eroski Zizur store has created 36 jobs with an investment of 3.4 million euros.
Among the hallmarks of the new Eroski store is its commitment to personalised customer service, with assisted counters in the bakery, butchery, deli and fish sections. All of it backed by a careful in-store atmosphere and investment in store navigation.
OM Retail has had the privilege of leading the visual communication of the store across this project. Over 1,300 sqm where Visual Communication solutions have been installed in line with Eroski’s new retail model:
SUSTAINABLE STORE
According to FoodRetail, this is also an environmentally more sustainable store, as it cuts energy consumption by 60% compared with a conventional supermarket and includes equipment and installations that meet demanding requirements for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
OM Retail contributes to this initiative by deploying the BINS bulk-sales system. A sustainable visual merchandising solution with gravity dispensers to encourage responsible consumption of bulk products. These eco-friendly, cost-effective and ergonomic dispensers help drive sales, optimise in-store space and improve shopper satisfaction by letting them take the exact quantity they want. According to the latest data from AECOC, bulk shopping appears here to stay, with 46.2% of consumers claiming to buy more in bulk than before, viewing it as more sustainable, healthier and more economical.
The supermarket is also equipped with a lighting system based on LED technology that delivers uniform lighting with a high degree of visual comfort, minimising environmental impact and energy use.
